Hi ,
We have implemented test workbench and service desk for our testing.
I would to know if we can link test note which has the recorded test steps to service desk message, Although we can save the test note seperately and then make it as attachment.
Would like to know if there is any config in servie desk that every message raised against a test case automatically has a link to the test note.

There is currently no functionlity as this one. The only way is doing as you said, saving it and attaching to the message.
