Dear All,

I've one Bought-in Sales Order.

After ATP, a PR generated. PO gets created from PR, and MIGO done (Posting in October 2010).

Now, I can see Stock in MMBE as 'Sales Order Stock" and its unrestricted.

Now, when I do Picking, its ok - picking completed, but when click on PGI (with Posting in Oct 2010) - following error (Message No. M7021)

deficit of Slsord.st. unr. prev 2.100 KG : 57000135 3133 VND1 2010-284-M E

Please help.

Regds,

Yogi

Other information:

If, we try to do PGI in current date, PGI is done..but if we want to do PGI in back date..its not happening.

MIGO is done on current date, with Posting date in Oct 2010.

Go to MB51 for this material and check what Posting Date system is showing. For this date only, you can able to do PGI. By the by, what movement type you use for this scenario ??

thanks

Hi,

(If still problem persists)!!!

While doing Usage decision, what date did u post?

Normally, System takes current date as default date. I think, this is one thing missing in your explaination.

Rest, i think, as you mentioned, will be checked already by You.

Refer t. code: QA32.

Tab: Inspection Lot Stock

By clicking on the DOC button you can get a dialog box that will allow you to change the posting date (default is todayu2019s date).

Thanks alot Amit.

Now, we are able to do PGI, as QI to Unrestrctd. was posted on 03.11.2010.

As, suggested by you, posting date chnged to 14.10.2010, and then delivery PGI done.

Regds,

Yogi
