Conversion of Purchase Requisition to Schedule Line

Hi,

Is there a way to mass create schedule lines from purchase requisitions in R/3? We are creating all purchase requisitions in APO but we want to use R/3 to create Schedule lines from those APO Requisitions.

Let me know if this is feasible and which TCODE we should be using. ME59N in R/3 is not working.

We are not specifying any date and it still not picking up any purchase requisition but we can see all them in MD04.

Did you check Material master set up in ECC?

Transaction ME59N looks for "Autom.PO" check box from Purchasing tab, try this....

Request you to check the input parameters in the initial screen. Donot specify any dates. Based on plants execute.

Hi,

You can use the tcode /SAPAPO/RRP7( Mass conversion of Planned Order to Manufacturing Order or Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order ) in APO to convert the PR to PO in APO.
