Hi Folks,
Is there any report showing Liabilites, Receivables, Downpayments,
Billing done, purchasing done per project.
The values should be per line
for example
project 1 liabilites 34.111 receivables 13444 downpayments 2222 billing 333
project 2 liabilites 34.111 receivables 13444 downpayments 2222 billing 444
project 2 liabilites 34.111 receivables 13444 downpayments 2222 billing 555

Hi, no. There is no project in these items. You can create reports with correspondent accounts with projects from these items.
Or you can write while posting doc project to some fields eg assignment.
Eg doc:
Dr P/L account Project=A1
Cr vendor account assignment=A1

You will not find reports in PS with those exact words, However there are reports in PS which shows expenses & reciepts information for a particular project. But PS Cash management should be active for that. Execute the reports under Payment in PS information system and see whether it suits your requirement or not. If not then you have to go for development.
