Importing SAP Exchange Profile

Dear All,

I am now doing the post installation of XI Server. In that one step has come 'Importing SAP Exchange Profile' from the browser by putting the URL for XI Server. After putting the URL, it is asking for the user name & password.

When I am giving the XISUPER as the user name & the required password, it is not logging in. It is asking again for the user name & password.

If anybody knows what the error might be then please tell me.

Hi nishu.

This problem happened to one of my students during a TBIT51 course I've delivered.

At the end there was no solution to it.

BUT, I recommand you to go over the J2EE admin paramteres especially the users.

check the XISUPER user on the WAS (SU01) see if it has all the right roles SAP_ALL SAP_NEW as I recall..maybe.change that and wait a few minutes to take effect on the J2EE.

After that try to perform the import again.

Also check if your are able to connect to the J2ee administration see if you path there.

Do this and contact me again for further trys.
