Hi,

This process used to transfer goods between plants using Stock transport order with Delivery order. Before doing this function the Material must be maintained in both supplying and receiving plants. And in sales organization data 1 screen the delivering plant must be maintained. This process has the following stages.

Creation of stock transport order (STO) at receiving plant (T code u2013 ME21N)

Transfer posting of Material to Material (T Code MB1B)

Creation of Replenishment order (Outbound delivery order) at Supplying plant with reference to the Stock transport order(STO) (T code u2013 VL10B)

Changing of the Replenishment order delivery .i.e. Goods issue at supplying plant (T code u2013 VL02N)

Goods Receipt at receiving plant (T Code MIGO)

This is one of the process.

will assist you on this,

Stock transfer whick takes place between two company codes is called Intercompany code STO

One step STO is used when the goods do not stay in transit for long and two step STO will be used when the plants are located in diffrent location and goods will be in transit for long time.

You post a stock transfer from company code to company code the same way as you post a Stock Transfer from Plant to Plant, except that both plants belong to different company codes.

You can enter this stock transfer using the one-step or the two-step procedure.

During the stock transfer, two accounting documents are created in addition to the material document:

An accounting document for the removal from storage at the issuing company code

An accounting document for the placement into storage at the receiving company code

The stock posting is offset against a company code clearing account.

To display the value of the cross-company-code stock in transit with a report, choose Environment ® Stock ® Stock in transit Cc.

Stock transfers from company code to company code can be carried out using stock transport orders.

Transferring stock in one step has the following characteristics:

The stock transfer is entered as a transfer posting in Inventory Management.

The transfer posting can be planned by creating a reservation.

The quantity of the stock transferred is posted immediately from the unrestricted-use stock of the issuing plant to the unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant

The transfer posting is valuated at the valuation price of the material in the issuing plant.

If the plants involved belong to different company codes, the transfer between plants is also a transfer between company codes. In this case, the system creates two accounting documents for the transfer posting. The stock posting is offset against a company code clearing account.

This type of stock transfer can only be carried out in Inventory Management. Neither Shipping in the issuing plant nor Purchasing in the receiving plant is involved in the process.

The stock transfer includes the following processes:

A goods issue in the issuing plant

A goods receipt in the receiving plant

Transferring stock in two steps has the following characteristics:

The transfer posting cannot be planned by creating a reservation.

The quantity posted from stock is first of all managed as stock in transfer in the receiving plant. Only once the goods receipt has been posted is the quantity posted to the unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant.

This enables the quantity "on the road" to be monitored.

The transfer posting is valuated at the valuation price of the material in the issuing plant.

If the plants involved belong to different company codes, the transfer between plants is also a transfer between company codes. In this case, the system creates two accounting documents when the goods issue is posted. The stock posting is offset against a company code clearing account.

The problem is to do : For stock transfers that occur between different companies A e B wiht stores X and Y in the same group,.

The X-store of Company A transfer to Company B to Y store inside of the same economic group K, there might be an intercompany process.

This process is possible between stores Xand Y ? with one step, but without creating distribution centers in stores.?

As the company B has stores y and has one distribution centre.

There will need to create a distribution to store X , for this store and associated with the Company A, which fill the stores y Company B?

It is possible to perform the transfer process between stores owned by different companies by one step?
