Hi All ,
I have a issue in smartform , when i try too see the PDF output ,
in it there is a text
'TEXT IS HERE '
but it coming like this
#TEXT IS HERE#
Any suggestions why it is happening .

Hi Rahul,
please have a look at

You probably do a copy & paste from MS documents, which support curved quotes.
In a Unicode system and if you use the device types as proposed by Aidan, this is no problem.
In a Non-Unicode system however, these symbols are not supported, as the system code page is ISO based (e.g. ISO-8859-1 for Western European languages).
Please also have a look at SAP note 382285 for details (it describes the same issue on the front end side).
As an alternative in Non-Unicode, you could replace the curved quotes by the single quote (U+0027) - ( Result: ' Text '). This symbol is supported in all systems.

Hi Rahul,
Which device type do you use for the PDF conversion in SAP? If you use Unicode cascading fonts device type PDFUC or SWINCF(see SAP note #999712), then the character should be correct.
