Connection Fail

I just finished one fresh installation successfully for Edge package. The system is Windows Server 2003 x64 edition.

When I test efashion sample, I found that all connection inside list got "The server is not responding! (SBO0001)" error. I checked DSN inside 32bit ODBC administrator, all DSN has configured already.

One thing to add, when test DSN "Business Objects Audit Server" inside ODBC administrator, I got success message. However, connection test inside Universe Designer is fail.

May I know what's the problem and how to solve, thanks very much.

Can you please try to add the name and the ip address of the server, where your auditing database runs on, in your hosts file (<windows installation directory>\system32\drivers\etc)? Start the Deisgner again and check if the error persists.
