Doubt in Value Mapping

Hi,

I am trying to include Value Mapping, but not sure how to go about. Can any one guide me with a step by step procedure of creating and using the Value Mappping?

Hi all,

Thanks for the links that you all had sent. I had gone through them. But still am not able to make it work.

I will letchu you all know what all steps I followed.

1. In Integration Directory, Created a ValueMapping Group.

Sender

Agency - Legacy (A Business System)

Schema - Namespace/Object Name

Value - Value Given

Receiver

Agency - Legacy (A Business System)

Schema - Namespace/Object Name

Value - Value Given.

2. In Integration Repository(Design), Under Message Mapping for the Object specified in the above step, Selected Conversions --> Value Mapping --> Provided the Agency and Schema created under the Value Mapping Group.

Are these steps enough for the value mapping to work? Is there any thing else i need to do?
