This is the first time I've heard of Wartsila, and my Google searches didn't reveal too much information. It appears that the data may be a bit proprietary, but WOIS (Wärtsilä Operatoru2019s Interface System) and WISE (Wärtsilä Information System Environment) appear to be the possible data locations.
There are some diagrams and discussions in these two pdf's, but I'm not finding much insight on their main website.
The PLC's may be your only option, through an OPC Server, but neither Matrikon or KepWare searches produced any matches for WOIS, WISE, Wartsila, or Wärtsilä
