ATP Simulation is giving error message

I activated product allocation, created CVC and when i am doing ATP Simulation. i am getting error message

Characteristics combination for item JD2uwKwhRs3X00002ZMLVG/ was not found.

Characteristics combination for item /000000 was

not found

Internal error: Item /000010(0001).

Please help me to rectify the issue.

Dear jig,

I assume the Collective CVCs has not been created yet. This is mandatory.

Please create collective using /SAPAPO/ATPQ_COLLECT and the message will not occur anymore.

Hi,

To overcome the issue, always create one mask all CVC with 0 allocation quantity.

Assuming that time series objects are appropriately created in CVC creation process, did you happen to run consistency checks ?
