Terms and condition on last page of smart form

Hi Everybody,

In my smar form there is logo,adress then main window and then some more fields below footer of main window.

My requirement is to print terms and conditiona after printing all records and then addition fields below main window on lat page.

Can anybody gude me how to achieve this?

First page

LOGO+ADRESS

MAIN WINDOW (data may overflow on several pages)

ADDITIONAL FIELDS BELOW MAIN WINDOW

In the condition tab and output option please check the checkbox for print only on first/last/end of page.

You have various options.
