User unable to approve a work item offline (Through email)

Hi WF Gurus,

SRM 5.0 ECS

We are currently facing an issue where User is unable to approve a work item through email. It is the same with all the users for SC's at the moment.

We get a pop up saying

Cannot find wf-batchsap.xxxxx.xxxx.com/?subject=%23EBP_GEN_REPLY%23Approval..Make sure the path or Internet Address is correct.

Any Ideas?

Hi

Are you able to open the document using the link coming in the email?

Also Check the WF-BATCH Id in SRM System for the correctness of the emial id in its SU01 id and the Business partner id.
