problem on installing NW04 on windows2003 with oracle10

I am installing database instance.when processing database load,a problem occured.I post it bellow.

It seems your database crashed...

What version are you running? Did you install patchset 10.2.0.2 and the latest interim patch for your platform before you started the load?
