Incorrect Proc. % of Work aggregated if different unit of work

Hi,

Am having a Root WBS under which I have a network with 2 activities:

Activity 1 -> Forecast Work = 50 HR, Actual Work = 20 HR (partially conf.)

Activity 2-> Forecast Work = 60 MIN, Actual Work = 10 MIN (part. conf)

In CN41N,

Proc. % of work for Activity 1 = 40%

Proc. % of work for Activity 2 = 17%

But WBS gets an aggregated % of 27. I think it is simply adding up actual data and dividing by forecast without considering the unit of work. Ideally it should have converted data into one unit and calculated the correct value as 39.5 ~ 40%.

The Note 1297169 already exists as per my patch level. Anyone facing this issue?any other note that can be referred?

Its good that you have found the solution on your own, Why dont you apply the note straight way and see whether your problem got resolved or not? Why do you want another note for this. I dont think several notes will be issued for same problem, so just try the note and see.

Hi Ahmed,

As I have mentioned, the note is already included in the current patch that am working in. The issue is coming inspite of that, which is why I wanted to know if there's any other note addressing this problem. I couldn't come across anything on marketplace. Anyway, thanks Ahmed. I will raise an OSS. Will update the forum when I get the solution.
