Reg. mass deletion of products & its used objects in APO

hi

We have a req. to delete close to 50+ products in APO only. Deletion of the transaction data assocaited to these products is taking considerable time...

Can someone help me with the table names to fetch the order nos. or categories and then we can use the standard deletion programs.

or any suggestion to do mass deletion of the used objects and products would also help..

Did the "where-used " transaction give you some help for the products to enable you for deletion of the objects ?

Yes i am using these reports and deleting it. The issue is its taking a long time and some orders are not getting deleted.

I am looking at tables where these order details can be fetched using som Business object programs and then we can delete it in one shot.

I am looking for the table names to fetch.

Hi,

You can use where used list function to see the the dependencies and then delete the same.

Refer notes : 571031 for further info.

You can use the report /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE and /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL and /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER for deleting Orders.

Use tcode /SAPAPO/PPM_DEL to delete the PPM
