Hello All,

Is that possible to move the all Script changes with last transport no.??

For example:: I have done some changes in Dev sys and saved under a transport# and moved to Qualitiy sys QUA1

and done other change in Dev and moved the transport # to 2nd Quality sys QUA2.

wheather the first change will reflect in QUA2 or not.??? Plz do remember I am not using RSTXSCRP report for this.

Thanks In advance

Hi,

The changes will effect in QAS2 also...

The first transport request has some changes.. u moved to QAS1.....

Then you created another transport request it will have the previous changes with the new changes.. so in QAS2 u will have the settings that you made for QAS1 aswell as new changes.

Hi Gnana Kumar

Thanks for your quick response.

1st transport changes are availablin in Script (not in 2nd Transport). Then if we move the 2nd transport to QAS2 then the first changes will available in QAS2.

Plzz suggest.

No, you have to transport the both requests serially to quality.

then only code canges properly.

Hi,

If the first transport request is already moved to another system, then you made some other changes the system will create another transport request then you can transfer the new request to the QAS and it will have all the changes.

If the transport request is not moved to QAS, the system will save all the changes automatically to the already created Transport Request. If you move the request to other system then only it will ask for Create new transport request.

Please note if first trasport has already been transported to quality you just need to send the second transport. It at all you are transporting to a new system then you have send both tranport in the order they were created.
