How to reset Password

Hi,

In my JAVA system, I forget the password of user Administrator. Can any one guide me how to reset the password. Visual Admin is not useful as I dont know the password.

I know the password for J2EE_ADMIN user but with ths user I am not able to create or reset the password of any user.

So is there any way to reset the password from Database level?

Hi ,

You have posted the query in SOLMAN so i suppose you are talking about same product , So here by default you will not have user administrator so admin user is J2EE_ADMIN only and you should be able to do all activities using this user .

IF you have done any changes like created your own administrator user and changed the auth of J2EE_ADMIN then it might happen...Other option is to activate emergency user
