Hi Experts,

Im new in SSM and we are having a problem, we have our DEV and PRD boxes, the idea is that on DEV we import data from BW for some KPI's and we have entry for approval on others, everything is OK on DEV about amonth ago we transported all the schemas and data to PRD with no problems, but now that we want to transport new data from DEV to PRD we are getting this error during de LOAD on Application Server:

Internal Programming Error, File .\vars\showsym.c line 4436
ENVO10:
An internal programming error has occurred. Please report this
condition to your Customer Service Representative.

Any idea how we can fix this

Thanks in advance.

Ed-

Some general suggestions about managing transports between DEV, QA, and PROD environments when BW is involved.

Transport BW queries between systems using standard BW transport tools. Lock down the BW environment by introducing Transportation Management for all SSM BW queries to ensure consistency between various BW servers. Without this, there is the possibility of connecting new BW query definitions using out dated BW query schema information. And don't allow for any direct changes of BW queries in QA or PROD system.

After you have moved your DB to PAS to the new environment (QA, PROD), you should reimport your BICA schema

You might check to make sure that no changes were made in either system after the initial load.

Hi ,

I have a feeling that this error might be due to an incorrect environment variable. Request you to please select the appropriate path for the required environment variable.

Hope this helps
