order closing problem

Dear all ,

i have a doubt i am try to close an order which is having some open quantites , now i am removing all the open quanitties and mactching it with the quantity delivered and order qty .

but after removing all the open qty and when i want to closed the order by saving i am getting the error msg

"Maximum Customer Special discount available for this Customer and material

is: 100.000-"

"Message no. ZMSG000"

how should i go about it to close this order

  this Customer and material is: 100.000-

The above text itself is self explanatory. Through some zee table a data is maintained with some combination where there should be one field "Maximum Discount Allowed". As I said earlier, your ABAPer should be in a position to help you what control is written in the exit

This is not a standard error message. Through some exit this control has been implemented. Take the help of ABAPer and find out the relevant table from where system is preventing you to proceed further. Check what exactly the control is.

i dont know exactly but i think so yes becasue ,i felt that way, but this issue was raised with out any proper information . and when i click the error and when i click the technical information

i am getting this msg ,
