service material charge

HI,

Internet service material I have to maintain 12 months charge is rs2000, 24 month rs 2800, 36 months charge is 3400 etc

Please give me the solution how to customize it in the system.

Hi,

you would also have to maintain the Item Category Group to DIEN on the Sales Org tab 2 of Material Master and the Item Category for that Material should be TAD.

Create 3 or more different materials using material type DIEN with sales view(maintain acct assignment service) & accounting view.

Configure seperate condition type for maintaining service charges and seperate condition types for service taxes.

Create a service sales order & service invoice for billing.
