Dear All,
We are printing certain goods issue document in A3 paper. With first sheet output works fine, but with second sheet continuing the alignment is slightly pushed above. Hence the alignment is mismatched with second paper always
We are using Epson LQ-2180 dot matrix printer can anyone advice.
Best Regards,
Hi,
You have to create a new page format for this. Go to SPAD and select the output device you are using then see the page formats in that device type.
For Eg: X_255_65 some formats will be there. Here 255 is the number of columns and 65 are the number of rows in the page output.
Now count how many rows are printined on Page 1 of your paper and the accordingly go to INITIAILZATION of the page format and then check where to increase the number of rows and set the number of rows there.
For every page the initialization is triggered and page is set.
Better copy the existing page format to the new page and do the requried changes.

Shakeel.

Hi Shakeel,
Thanks for your input
We created a new page format(ZSDP). When counted number of rows printed in first page is 19. We are using A3 paper
Should we maintain this count of 19 in created page format(ZSDP) mentioning rows as height. What is the Unit we should use
(Character, Millimeter, Inches, Centimeter, Point)
Should we set this page format in SPAD->output device->tray info?
Please advice
