Error On During CCR -Storage Loc.Stk -- Diff.Quantities And Missing In APO

Dear All,

On Doing CCR , we are getting Error under heading Storage Location Stocks - Missing In APO (a few entries) and more entries (in hundreds) under the sub-heading "Different Quantities". On checking queues in ECC as well as APO (By using SMQ1 and SMQ2), we always get the queues running or with a zero in pipeline. We are unable to judge why these errors are there...? and how this can be checked that due to which problem, these errors are coming...?

Please Advise further that what else needs to be checked..

Hi,

1.Stock Missing in APO: Stock posting has not happened in APO.

Reason : Possible reason could be due to Customer exit,Queue entry deleted manually,Queue block or due to existence of Post

processing records and also due to stock deletion using report /SAPAPO/RTEDEL.

Correction : Send to APO.

2. Stock Missing in APO : Stock was deleted in R3 but not in APO.

Reason: Queue entry deleted manually, Stcok created manually ,queue block and due to post processing record.

Corrrection: Delete the stock in APO.

3. Difference in contents:

Reson : Stock was changed in R3 and but the change was not transferred to APO.

Correction: Send to APO.
