User status triggering a system status

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to configure the system so that a user status setting can trigger the setting of a system status. Does anyone know if this is possible? As far as I know, this can be done the other way round. Setting a system status triggers the setting of a user status.

Have you gone through the customization in OK02?. You will be able to customize which business function you want to allow or disallow. Here you can also customize for the next action where in you have some actions which sets the system statuses like complete, confirm etc.

User status will never set system status in Std. SAP. If you want that way then you have to go for development. Use BADI like WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE to set the system status for a particular User status.

Not possible in standard SAP

Have to use BADI as suggested by Ahmed or some other development
