Hi,
Our Master Data Load for UOM conversion to SPM is failing with an error saying that some of the UOMs do not exist in BW system. Do we have to synch UOM between ECC and BW before we try to upload UOM Conversion file to SPM ?

Yes, SPM assumes the replication of Units in the BW system..
These units can be brought into BW thru the standard replication mechanism or create them manually.
