Cannot start liveCache in APO system

Hello alll,

we cannot start LCA database.

here are the information of the error:

Name and Server : LC1 - MDCSAP07

DBMRFC Function : DBM_EXECUTE

Command : exec_lcinit restart

Error : DBM Error

Return Code : -24964

Error Message : ERR_EXECUTE: error in program execution#

Please help.

1. As Sap customer you could create the SAP message and get SAP support.

Did you create the SAP message on this issue?

2. Post additional information in the thread:

u2022What is the version of the Database?

u2022What is the version of your system?

u2022Please post the errors in dbm.prt and KnlMsg< or knldiag, dependent on database version >

during the database restart.

Check errors in system log - /nsm21.

Could you post the system/db details looks like the communication with cache server (x_start) was not started.
