We have a non-sap recruitment system (iGrasp) that we would like to integrate with R/3. this would be in the form of incoming process from the recruitment system to SAP HCM to create newly hired employees. I wanted to know whether anyone has experience of such a scenario, and whether using PI to do this would be a good idea.
