SAPinst stops Listener service

Hi gurus,

I'm installing SAP ERP 6.0 on Windows Server 2008 with database Oracle 10.2.0.4 and its OPatch.

SAPinst Checker report is OK.

I am using a patched SAPinst as mentioned by SAP NOTE "929929 - Latest SAPinst patch".

Installation by SAPinst gives an error at the step "Configure Oracle Server Network". If I look at the lsnrctl.log file in the Sapinst directory I read:

Starting tnslsnr: please wait...

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error

I have setted all of the environment variables: ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID, SAPINST_JRE_HOME.

Listener.ora, tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora files are setted right.

If I look at the Windows Server Manager I find the Oracle DEV102TNSListener in status stopped.

I have tried to start Listener service both manually and automatically and both times I launch SAPinst I get the same error and find Listener stopped.

What can I do? Please hepl me, i really don't know how to continue installation.....
