Create a Quotation

Hi Experts,

Can any one tell me how can i use this FM SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE for creating a Quotation. I want to know what are Minimum parameters that i have to fill to run this Function module.

I really appreciate yours valuable answer, Please answer me as soon as possible.

Why can't you use BAPI_QUOTATION_CREATEFROMDATA for creationg quatation?
