Hi All
New to this board and i'm assuming that this has been discussed before so apologies for any duplication.
Upon Technical Completion of a Service Order in IW42 a Notification is automatically created. My question is how can this be stopped if it is not a business requirement?
I do not want to remove the Notification/Order Integration. Is there another config setting that can be applied/removed to cater for this requirement? If yes..where is it?
Any thoughts on this would be great!

You may need to write a code in user exit IWO10004 : Maintenance order: Customer check for order technical completion
Please reach up to your ABAP team for the same , ther is no other way ..than this ..
