WS-Security and UsernameToken in WS Adapter

I am working on a scenario WS Adapter to proxy.

Is it possible to use WS Security and UsernameToken authentication in WS Adapter?

If possible then how to configure it? how to acheive it?

Yes it is possible Speaking of the WS-RM Adapter you choose User ID/Password message authentication in the channel.
