Stock Transfer

hi expert

i had made a stock transfer PO with 100 quantity. while doing vl02n in the delivery tab have change the quantity to 200 no and picking is of 200 quantity, in this system do the PGI of 200 quantity. now in this case my PO quantity is 100 quantity and PGI is 200 Quantity.

i want the system should only deliver or pick the quantity which is there in PO. i want system should generate error i.e how should i do.

Using standard settings, you can't fulfill the requirement.

Hi Nabil,

Go to PO line item data and look for delivery tab. Check there if Overdelivery & Underdelivery tolerance % is maintained there and see if "Unlimited" field is checked out.

Remove the check from there and then system wont allow you to do PGI for more than defined PO line item qty.
