Hi,
Case:
we create a shopping cart in SRM 7.0 and it goes for approval to someone.
In the inbox of the approver there is a task with subject
"Approve Shopping Cart XXXXX with value YYYY "
Depending upon his action, SC creater may get task with subject
"Accept Decision/ Adjuct Shopping cart No XXXXX" .
Like these there are many other messages ( Subject lines).
My question is :
Can we change the description of these subject lines as they are decided runtime depending on the approvers decision.
Is there any BADI or customization which can control the subject lines of the task.
Our reqiorement is to have SC description instead of SC number.

Hi,
Please go to PTFC transaction and display Standard task 40007952.
Edit -> Work item Text -> Redefine
You can define customer subject. After text change Refresh the buffer by SWU_OBUFF transaction.

One more question.
Is there any option to maintain translation for this work item text.
One option is to login inti individual language and change the description..
This seems to be a lengthy process as we have more than 10 languages installed and more than 10 work item text needs to be mantained in each language.
Is there any other option to maintain translations ?
