HI,

The user wants to check reports for Shopping Cart (Follow On Documents ) but he is not able to see few of the confirmation no. in the reports. and it shows not assigned. Can any one tell what job are run for reports for follow on documents and do these jobs run every day or weekly ......

Which report are you talking about? Do you have any technical name or UI path?
