Order #### is blocked in Technically Incomplete documents in GTS. Unable to push customer number into GTS. Checked transfer log for these partner numbers in GTS which said "time zone BDT does not exist". Looked at the order in VA03 and noted that BDT is an option for a time zone. The problem may be that time zone BDT does not exist in GTS. Please advise.
Hi,
The best is to go to the Customizing of GTS and adjust the timezones with the ERP Customizing. For that go to spro/ SAP NetWeaver/ General Settings / Time Zones -> Maintain Time Zones
Then go to Utilities -> Comparison
Then choose the RFC connection to your feeder System, then select all and adjust.
Now you have the same settings in your GTS as in your feeder.
That should do the trick,
