Splitting DP forecast for some products

Hi,

we have a situation, we want to split the DP forecast for a few products from monthly buckets to the weekly buckets. i know there are both Userexit APODM017 and BADI /SAPAPO/SDP_RELDATA to achieve this.

but i have the following questions.

1. How to ensure that the user-exit/badi works only for the desired products.

2. how to configure the release profile background, i mean which bucket profile should i mention in it.

Hi

You want to release the FCST from APO DP to APO SNP, if yes than its mainly based on storage bucket which has been defined for SNP planning area. If you have weekly storage bucket defined, than you can use different time bucket profiles based on your requirement and can be used in Daily Buckets Profile while releasing the FCST from APO DP to APO SNP. You can release the FCST on daily level and than in SNP weekly data view, it will get aggregated to weekly.

Please let us know if it helps based on my assumptions or require some more information.
