Viewing a shopping cart not created by you

Hello All,

Wanted to check with the experts if a shopping created by all users can be viewed by the administrator in SRM 7.0. We had this option in SRM 5.0 and below through monitor shopping cart transaction.

Yes it's there with the SRM 7.0 for administator role.

Is the transaction BBP_SC_MON that gives this functionality to administrators?

Hi,

BBP_MON_SC is the transaction code. You need an id with /SAPSRM/ADMINISTRATOR role on SRM and com.sap.pct.srm.core.ro_srmadministrator role on portal to execute this transaction.
