old ABAPper, new Flexer - starting out questions

We finally have a netweaver 7.01 box on top of windows server (soon to be upgraded to 7.02) to play around with. I'm excited to get started using Flex - I've done adobe interactive forms for a couple of years now & think it's great.

I have some starting out questions...

From what I understand, i need to install Flex Builder 3. However, when I go to download the trial version from Adobe, they now only offer Flash Builder 4 - where can I get Flex Builder 3?

Also, apparently when creating my flex app, i need to include the WDIslandLibrary30.swc - where do I download these SAP-specific libraries (incl the debug one)?

Go to SE80 transaction and choose MIME repository and navigate to

sap->public->bc->ur->nw7->FlashIslands
