SRM 7.0 - Avoid SRM PO creation from SC when the authorization WF ends

Hello,

We need to stop the SRM PO creation when the SC is approved. There is a background client process which creates the PO all nights so we need to stop the process and wait for the client process.

It seems that the event of approve the SC triggers the creation of the PO.

Any idea?

Hello,

You can set the shopping cart to be sourcing relevant.

Doing this, after approved, it will have flag SOURCE_REL_IND as item level as "X". Then, PO will be created only after sourcer processes the cart manually.

You can set a product category as sourcing relevant in SPRO ... -> SRM Server -> Sourcing.

What is actual action/method in "client process"?

Is it creating PO from SC? Is it triggering PO output to suppliers?

Why "client process" is required?
