Hi,
I'm installing a distributed NW CE 7.2 system on Solaris SPARC/Oracle and have encountered an error on the 2nd last step. The error occurs while trying to execute the command:-
Execution of the command "/usr/sap/S01/SYS/exe/uc/sun_64/brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPSR3DB" finished with status TST_ERROR.)
The contents of the brconnect.log file :-
Error in execvpS(/usr/sap/S01/SYS/exe/uc/sun_64/brconnect errno: 22, error text: Invalid argument
It looks like sapinst hasn't setup brtools correctly as I get the same "Invalid argument" error when trying to run the brtools utility from the <ora>sid user.
hnnwdsdb01s% brtools
/usr/sap/S01/SYS/exe/run/brtools: Invalid argument
Does anyone have any pointers on what could be wrong ? Environment ?
Regards,
Brian.
Hello,
also this note might be useful: 135772 - Confign of SAPDBA/BR programs in the ORACLE environment
