Hi Gurus...

The Plant has the Stock but while creating the Order, System is taking the Future date as the Delivery Date in the Schedule line. The System is taking the future date because of Lead time. Is there is any way that if Inventory has the stock it should take the current date as Delivery date in Schedule line & if not then it should process according to ATP ( Lead time)

Thanks in Advance

Hello,

You can do that manually in the sales order, by changing the schedule line to CN (no MRP) or the similar Z Schedule like that is defined in your system.

The above change in the schedule line will give you the current date and then you can create the delivery

Hope this helps.

Regards

Delivery date depends on the scheduling parameters defined at various places such as the material master, loading time etc. See this link for details -

In addition to the suggestions mentioned in the above posts, you could also try manually changing the schedule line date to the current date and saving the order. And while creating delivery using VL01n, change the date to match the schedule line date.

Please use tcode OVLZ to check is there any number in field "Loading time" or "Pick/Pack time". And check "setup time" and "Proc. time" in Material Master, Sales/Plant view. If those amount of time is not zero, you can not delivery on current day even you have stocks.
