error while upgrading solman 7.0 ehp1 kernel to 94

Hi,

we installed SOLMAN 7.0 ehp1 on win 2003 + oracle; we tried to upgrade kernel to 94 in \usr\sap\LBS\SYS\exe\UC\NT AMD64

after upgradeing Kernel, system is not getting up & sapcpe.exe turn red in color

Hi,

Here is the solution

SAP Note 1375494 - SAP system does not start after applying SAP kernel patch

Install patch(system on Intel 64-Bit, download

vcredist it will work !!

What was the issue? Is your SAP now up?

for this if you search on marketplace you will get notes, and this issues already discussed many times. Hence request you to search.

Could you check if the new kernel is copied ?

If not, uncompress and copy it yourself.
