underline for values in smartform

Hi,

I want to provide fill in the blanks kind of underline in the form and sometimes the populates the fields then underline with value should come otherwise plain underline should come.

Also i want to provide borders for the whole page , how it is better to do that.

Pls advise.

Hi Praveen,

1. Borders : Just create a window and do as gana said.

2. For Underline :

Take a condition in the window, If the variable is having value just use font with underline in the text else take another text in that give ___________ use underline how much you want (shift + _).

If the underline is not constant, take in the variable and do it in the program lines.

We cannot predict the length of the value in the variable but i want the length of the underline to be constant , how we can do that.

Go to the "Output Options" tab of the window for which you are going to define the border, there under Box and Shadings flag "Lines with".
