User administration(Power administrator)

Hi Experts,

Create button is missing in our user administration screen in SNC Web UI. When we search partner or user we get error(No BP found).

Please help me on this, we are on SCM SP07.

Please elaborate on power administrator/user administration.

Dear Abhijeet,

Only power administrators can create users in webscreen. Power administrators have super user role.

Role needed for power administration:

SAP_SCM_ICH_SU_SUP - Super user and administration (supplier)

SAP_SCM_ICH_SU_CUS - super user (customer)

Hi Naveen,

These roles are already assigned to the user which we want to use as power administrator. In fact, we checked the same with SAP_ALL profile.

We are referring user administration (Power Administrator) screen in WebUI, there we cannot see CREATE button (for user creation) and cannot able to search BPs or users from selection criteria which exist in our system.
