Please look into below given error:-

Can you provide more specifis about the system? Release etc.

Also check with your backup guys iif they can provide some more log file details for that backup attempt.

Has the backup ever worked before or was this your first attempt?

Have you checked the initREP.sap file in order to validate the config of your backup tool?

Look at the log files of your Backup utility, whatever this may be.

(In other words: It is an error of your external backup tool, not of SAP.)
