Add ROS Supplier from OPI to RFx

Hi All,

I am trying to add bidders in RFX through registered vendors from ROS via OPI. After the registerd vendor is transferred in the RFx and we click on check button sometimes the system throws an error *'Bidder is not released'.*I checked the Manage Business partner in portal and the Bidder details for some of the Bidders show 'Not released' which cannot be changed in edit mode.

Any suggestions on how I can release the bidders created to publish the RFx.

Hi Neeraj,

"Bidder is not released" problem is encountered when a Business Partner for that particular vendor has not been created in SRM. Thus this vendor remains in the "unreleased" state even in ROS. Once a BP is created for this vendor in SRM, the same vendor gets the status -'released' in ROS too.
