Can a custom field be passed back to the ERP system to update user account?

Hello GRC experts,

I have the need to capture a value on the CUP request for the license type of the user. I would like for this to be passed back to the provisioning system to update the user's account (USR06-LIC_TYPE).

I am able to define the custom field and it shows on the request screen. But I don't see a way to tie it to data in the backend. Is this possible?

If not, how do others manage updating the license type on a user's account? We need to provide this information to SAP for our audits, so I assume that we are notthe only ones with this need.

Hi Yvonne,

After you have defined it in the custom field have you added it in the field mapping --> Provisoning section?

You need to add the field there inorder to provison it.
