Hey guys,
We are looking at implementing ADS (adobe document server) - however - are currently running ECC6 (no java stack).
We are under the impression that all we need the WEBAS to do this.. however, noticed webas is only valid to release 630 - if we go to netweaver 7 2004s - I belive we get webas 640. (is this the newest compatible version)?
My qustion is, what is the best java platform to install ADS - if they are only going to use this.. Is Netweave 7 2004s recommended, or should we stick with webas 630?
Thanks everyone
Richard
Hello Richard,
ECC6 and Netweaver 04s is 700 based system, you will need an J2EE with Version 700 to use the ADS.
In rel 700 the ADS is already included in the J2EE standard installation.
Best regards,
Dezso Pap
