Hi all,

The problem is there is no "context" tab in our message. So i've tried to add it via CRMV_SSC.
I did not found a "context" tab there, but instead a "APPL_FOLLOW_UP" which seems correct but i don't know the matching subscreen.
It would be really nice if somebody could show me a correct entry for either the "appl_follow_up" or the "context" tab.
Any help would be much appreicatd.

Hi Daniel,
As far as I know this function for linking support messages is only available when using the workcenters. Doing customizing in CRMV_SSC won't help in that case since there is no link between the screen profile for CRM transaction in SAP GUI and the webdynpros of the Incident Mgt workcenter.
Try to access your support message from the workcenter, you should be able to see the context tab.
