Maximum rates of expense types to be built on certain conditions

Hi All,

I have a client requirement where the maximum rates of expense types should be based on certain conditions.

There are 2 expense types :-

1. Meals - Breakfast

2. Meals - Dinner

The maximum rates of the above expense types is dependent on 2 group of employees:-

1. Drivers

2. Managers/Executives

Further the conditions are:-

1. Drivers will get meals - breakfast as Rs 50 if they have driven 500km.

2. Drivers will get meals-dinner as Rs 100 if they have driven 800 km.

During festival time,

1. Drivers will get meals -breakfast as Rs 75 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am

2. Drivers will get meals-dinner as Rs 125 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

During festival time,

1. Managers/Executives will get meals-breakfast as Rs 100 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am

2.Managers/Executives will get meals-dinner as Rs 175 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

KIndly advise how to map the above scenario in SAP.

Hi,

you can customize it from Travel Expenses > Trip Reimbursement Amount > Reimbursement for Meals > Reimbursement Amount for Meals/Hours > Reimbursement Amount for Meals/Time > Define for Meals/Time

here is sample you can use for driver breakfast

Activity : Festival Time

RGrp M/A Stat : D - driver

RGrp M/A Entp: D- driver

Number of days : 99

start time : 07:00

end time :09:00

Currency :Rs

Reimbursement amount :75

driver dinner:

Activity : Festival Time

RGrp M/A Stat : D - driver

RGrp M/A Entp: D- driver

Number of days : 99

start time : 19:00

end time :21:00

Currency :Rs

Reimbursement amount :125
